Coachella Valley Equity Collaborative Presents August 2022 Self-Care Challenge

The Coachella Valley Equity Collaborative (CVEC) is inviting all desert residents and others who have an interest to engage in a new self-care challenge.

During the month of August, the challenge presents an activity designed to ease the worries and stresses that many have experienced since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. There is an activity for each of the month's 31 days. All of the activities were included because of their benefits for behavioral health.

While the monthlong challenge will not erase the very real and justified concerns about protecting oneself and one's family from severe illness, CVEC is hopeful it will divert attention to a multitude of events, activities, and places to explore in the valley.
