Angel View is a nonprofit organization whose mission is helping children and adults with disabilities reach their maximum potential through three primary programs: residential care, day program and outreach. It was founded in 1954 on a natural hot mineral water spring in Desert Hot Springs by a group of parents whose children suffered from polio.
