The period to nominate candidates for the Desert Healthcare District Board of Directors officially ended at 5 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2018. A complete list of nominees running in November in Zone 2 (Desert Hot Springs) and Zone 4 (Cathedral City) of the District, as well as all other Riverside County races, is available here.

The Board of Directors emphasizes the importance of community input with the switch to a 6 p.m. start time for Desert Healthcare District Board Meetings; Foundation start time is immediately following the conclusion of District meetings. The District Board Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month.
