Candidate Nominating Period Ends
The period to nominate candidates for the Desert Healthcare
District Board of Directors officially ended at 5 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2018.

The Board of Directors emphasizes the importance of community input with the switch to a 6 p.m. start time for Desert Healthcare District Board Meetings; Foundation start time is immediately following the conclusion of District meetings. The District Board Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month.

The Desert Healthcare District/Foundation provides grants to public agencies and nonprofit organizations to develop and implement programs and services and to promote policy change that helps support and encourage a healthy lifestyle for residents of all ages. Read more.
